Master Service Agreement

§ Services include technical direction for the installation,

commissioning of new General Electric equipment in

additions to technical advisory and assistance, filed

engineering, start up & commissioning, and

troubleshooting services

§This Agreement shall apply to the following General

Electric gas turbines located in Iraq:

-Frame 1

-Frame 3

-Frame 5

-Frame 6B

-Frame 9E

-LM 2500

-TM2500

-LM 6000

- Other Gas turbine generator sets on case by case basis and with the parties mutual agreement

- GE O&G Products (GE NP Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors , TD lines of products , RF, BARI Pumps& Valves ,PII).
